How to regenerate individual pages
This shows you how to redo a single page without regenerating the entire book.
Before you start
- Your book must be in "completed" status.
- Regenerating a page costs 1 credit.
Steps
-
Open your book from My Books.
-
Find the page you want to redo. Click it to see the full-size preview and its prompt.
-
Click the pencil icon next to "Image Prompt" to edit the prompt.
-
Rewrite or tweak the prompt. Be specific about what you want changed.
- Example: Change "a cat sitting on a chair" to "a fluffy orange cat curled up on a rocking chair, simple bold line art"
-
Click Save & Regenerate.
- Or click Save to keep the new prompt without regenerating yet, then hit the Regenerate button separately.
-
Wait 30-60 seconds. The page thumbnail updates automatically when the new image is ready.
What to expect
The page is replaced with a new image based on your edited prompt. The old image is gone — there's no undo. The rest of the book stays untouched.
Common issues
Regenerated page looks different from other pages The AI generates each page independently. If style consistency is important, include the art style in your prompt (e.g., "simple bold line art style, thick outlines").
