Plans, credits, and how billing works
A reference guide to BookCreatorStudio's pricing, credit system, and subscription plans.
How credits work
- 1 credit = 1 page of book generation (coloring, puzzle, or picture book page).
- Image Edit costs 5 credits per model selected.
- Convert to Coloring costs 5 credits.
- Credits never expire as long as your account is active.
- Credits are deducted at the start of generation, not on completion.

All plans include a 7-day trial for $1.

Credit packs are one-time purchases — no recurring billing. Use them to top up when you need extra pages beyond your subscription.
Viewing your balance and history
- Go to Billing in the sidebar.
- The Credits tab shows your current balance and a transaction history (purchases, debits, refunds).
Changing your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. When you upgrade mid-cycle, you receive a prorated credit toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens when you hit your limit
Generation pauses until your next billing cycle. You won't lose access to existing books, and you can still export, edit covers, and use the keyword miner. To generate immediately, purchase a credit pack or upgrade your plan.
