Create your first coloring book in 5 minutes
This walks you through creating a complete coloring book from scratch using Rosie, the AI book agent.
Before you start
- You need an account with credits available (at least 10-50 credits depending on page count).
- 1 credit = 1 page generated.
Steps

Click New Book from the dashboard or sidebar.

You'll see Rosie's chat interface. Type what kind of book you want.
- Example: "A dinosaur coloring book for kids ages 4-7, 20 pages, simple bold style"
- Or just describe the topic and Rosie will ask follow-up questions.

Rosie will ask you to confirm details — book type, art style, page count, and trim size.
- Book type: Coloring Book (default)
- Art style: Simple Bold, Anime, Realistic, Mandala, Zentangle, Stained Glass, Chibi, or Kawaii
- Trim size: 8.5x11 (portrait) or 8.5x8.5 (square)
- Pages: 10-50

Once you confirm, Rosie plans the full book outline and starts generation.

Wait for generation to complete. Each page takes about 30-60 seconds. You'll see a progress bar.

When done, you're taken to the Book Editor where you can preview every page.
What to expect
A fully generated coloring book with unique line-art pages matching your theme. Each page has its own prompt visible in the editor. The book is in "completed" status and ready to export as a PDF.
Common issues
Generation seems stuck or failed Click "Resume" on the generation page. The system retries incomplete pages automatically. If it stays stuck for more than 5 minutes, go back to the book editor and try exporting what's complete.
Pages don't match what I described You can regenerate individual pages from the book editor — edit the prompt and click "Regenerate" on any page you don't like.
